We take either of the two approaches depending on our Customers preference

Program as per your goals

You have identified your goals, priorities and want us to support through our specific programs in Consulting, Training, Consumer Research or Business Makeover program. Our consultants will scope the work, define the deliverable, timelines and finally the financials to commence the work.

Engagement Model: Fixed Fees


Program FOR SPECIFIC BUSINESS PROBLEMS

You are having a specific or some business problem and hence our consultants will scope the work, define the deliverable, timelines and finally the financials to commence the work. It will involve an estimate of “As-is” to define the “To-be”state and further development of capabilities.

Engagement Model: Fixed or Retainer Model per our client’s preference

1. Hourly Retainer: Specified sum in advance to secure a number of Pink Guava Consultant’s hours each month (or week).

The benefit of this method is for Specific help/support needed for different projects.

2.  Project-based retainer : The estimated project (or deliverable) cost, is divided it into a monthly fee. Pre-paid at the beginning of each month with weekly and monthly deliverable so the client knows what to expect.

The benefit of this method is that the client is not constrained by cost at one go and gets consistent work .So here client is paying for deliverables, and not hours of time.

3. Value-based retainer : It is for specific time and when the scope of a project is unclear or variable, and a solution is determined over time. So ongoing (typically) monthly fees paid in advance for a projected value that Pink Guava Consultants is bringing to the client.

4. Fixed Fees based Payment Model : When the project scope is extremely clear along with timing and outcome. Typically, we use it for workshops, survey and strategic engagements, and assessments.
