Situation 

A legacy organization wanted to transform its business to enhance its business value. It was looking for an effective way to change systems, processes or goals so that work efficiency and employee engagement is high.

Problem 

The leadership team was worried and working to improve the culture and employee engagement as the overall system in the organization was getting affected and no amount of effort, tools, and processes were helping to resolve the negative emotions.

Solution

Ms.Anju Kumari worked with the management to create a transformational process through training to work on the mindset of employees thus enhancing engagement. 

Along with training, the process to transform involved 

1. Greater transparency wherein information of the current situation was shared and also support, suggestions were sought from employees to improve the existing situation and structure.

2. Strategies for the short term were created involving collaboration and accountability.
